Raw Mashed Potatoes


1 Small Head Cauliflower
1 Cup Cashews / Macadamia Nut
1 Tiny Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Water
1 and 3/4 Tsp Salt
1 and 3/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

Place all the ingredients into a food processor, process until creamy and smooth. If it seems difficult to process at the beginning, stop and scrape the sides few times.

Garnish



1 Bunch Chives, Chopped


Garnish with chopped chives.


Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME as per D, Rad & K, but for me, it just tasted Good.
Serves: 3 as Main Dish or 4 as Side Dish
