Jicama, Citrus, and Avocado Salad

Dressing


Juice from 1/2 Orange
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tsp Honey
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt

Mix all the above in a small bowl and set aside.


Veggies and Fruits


1 Jicama, Peeled and Chopped into Match Stick Slices (1 to 1.5 pound Jicama) - 3 cups
1 Ripe Avocado, Chopped into Bite-Size Pieces
1 Grapefruit, Chopped into Bite-Sized Pieces
1/2 Orange, Chopped into Bite-Sized Pieces
1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
1 Green Onion (Only Green Part), Finely Chopped


Mix all the above. Add the dressing to the fruits and mix well.


Taste Note: Tastes Good, but I won't be making it again, it made my teeth very sensitive.
